Buongiorno. Both species are in my german key. According to it, the difference is - amoung others - the following: H. attenuatus: The pits on the base of the prothorax are wide, and there is punctuation outside of the pits. (look here in insecte.org) H. sulphuripes: The pits on the base of the prothorax are narrow. Outside of the pits there is no or nearly no punctuation. (link to insecte.org) (Scusi. Questo è troppo complicato per me in italiano.) Ecco un'altra foto del prothorax di mio Harpalus. Dovrebbe essere H. sulphuripes. Grazie ancora per le due risposte, Michael
