Really I think it is Harpalus distinguendus (Duftschmid, 1812). The legs are blackish and the pronotum is sinuate before the hind angles. I will write more tonight, if necessary.  Regards |

 You are absolutely right, I thought at Harpalus distinguendus (Duftschmid, 1812) and I wrote Harpalus (Harpalus) affinis (Schrank 1781)
