I was in southern France, last autumn. And I brought the wood with the larvae FRANCDE:Drymochares truquii from Provance (Corylus). The wood with the larvae was left out till the end of December and then move to heat at the house. After two months was began discover the first adults.

The localite,where I was, is in the scree slope and is difficult to find their larvae.And this is it problem,to reach them. They are buried deep in the ground in old stems. As found,that in one old stems is developing several stages of the larvae

And I found one exemplare in my box yesterday. Again, after to 38 days in house condition.
It is smaller adult male..
