it is a male of Purpuricenus (s. str.) budensis (Goetz, 1763).

Hi Dirk,
the color of pronotum is very variable. In Balcan region it is common to find specimens with total black pronotum (f. affinis) or with small red spots. In the easter area (Turkey and Middle East) pronotum is always red and normal with two small black lines at the apex and the base.
