That's right, it's surely Epipedocera vitalisi Pic, 1922. Antennal segments 3-6 flattened and elytra apicaly rounded (if spined .. E.subundulata). Compare it with picture below - the same species, det Wiegel, 2013 from Naban River, South China. Epipedocera vitalisi Pic, 1922 (det.A.Weigel, 2013).
