Sembrerebbe un Burlinius (fulvus, macellus et similia), ma 4 mm sono veramente troppi, considerando che normalmente sono grandi la metà . |

Maurizio, it is a member of different group than fulvus. Only few Burlinius species have strongly punctate pronotum. For me looks like Cryptocephalus ochroleucus. |

Lech, obviously you are right!! Thank you I discarded that possibility only because ochroleucus is reported as exceedingly localised, and Monti Sabatini are well out of its reported distribution. Anyway, we know that nothing is perfectly known, and this is true also with regard to the Chrysomelidae. |
