I'd say it is vernalis, better Chrysolina vernalis ottomana Weise, 1906. |

 I swear I have seen different aedeagus of vernalis ! That`s why I was confused. I have most probably changed page or clicked on orientalis ( most probably ) and thought I`m looking at vernalis....silly  Thanks, Maurizio ! You were right ! Confirmed by Mauro Daccordi too !
