Hi all, I have this specimen collected in Romania, near the Black Sea, the lenght is ~ 3.5 mm. I am not sure if it's confusus or kuesteri, for example the spiculum gastrale looks ok for confusus, but the aedeagus looks more similar to kuesteri

Spermophagus kuesteri. In S. confusus, except differences in male genitalia, dorsal vestiture is short and brown thus beetle appears dark brown, while in S. kuesteri dorsal vestiture is longer, silver-grey thus beetle appears lighter than S. confusus, greyish. |
