Io l'avevo identificato come janthinus, ma non ne ero convinto.

It can't be Cr. janthinus because he has no flattened margins of pronotum and has much shorter antennae; male of C. janthinus has yellow anterior margin of pronotum (your specimen is probably a male due to elongate first tarsal segment of fore tarsi). Compare:

Cr. marginatus, male is a better choice:

Cryptocephalus parvulus is also possible but has very strong pronotal punctation:

Unfortunately in your photo details of pronotal punctation are invisible.

Cr. androgyne is also similar, but I don't know if this species is recorded from Italy; this is a northern species:
