Phyllotreta sp. Similar to P. armoraciae (Koch, 1803) but I don't remember if P. armoraciae occurs in Sicily. Are you sure that body lenght is c. 3 mm? P. armoraciae is one of the largest species of the genus Phyllotreta, most species is smaller than 2.5 mm. |

If body length is between 2 and 2.5 mm in Sicily similar pattern have also P. latevittata and P. variipennis. |

If length is 2.5 mm then more possible is Phyllotreta lativittata (Kutschera, 1860). |
