I think female of Acilius canaliculatus (Dytiscidae). Ciao

Ciao, Thank you for this confirmation. I went to see your superb : Indice "Sezione sistematica » Coleoptera » Caraboidea » Dytiscidae. I thus supplement the place of capture : In a cold Forest with majority coniferous trees, in a pond of 3/4 m2 (permanent ?) that I saw each year during 3 years. I have the both species in my collection, unfortunately only 2 males of A. canaliculatus. In A. canaliculatus the almost entire metatibia is white yellow and each sternit has a transversal white stripe, not only 2 lateral spots. |
