No. Definitely it is not Rhantus (Colymbetinae). It is a male of Dytiscinae, mostly a Hydaticus. In Colymbetinae, the pro- and mesotarsi of males are just slightly widen, in Dytiscinae, the protarsi are strongly widen, disc shape (like in this picture). |
