Hello, Coud this one from Tanzania (W. Kilimandjaro) be Compsocephalus (ex Brachymitra) bayeri ? The size is 29 mm. It is not thomasi, because of the clypeus, and not rotteveeli, because of the two spines on mesotibias... Many thanks for your help.

The determination comes to us from the descriptor of the species. This is Compsocephalus rotteveeli Drumont 1996 (the criterion of the two spines at the mesotibia is not stable). |
