It is generally difficult to identify Apogonia chafers according to photos only. Because it is a very species-rich genus, and many taxa are superficially similar. Your specimen belongs to Apogonia gemellata species group (about 40 species known from India, through southern China, Korean Peninsula, Japan, Taiwan, all SE Asian countries to Borneo, Sumatra, Java and Bali). Please, try to check apical part of elytra. Very probably, this apical area will be matt - in such case two species should be taken into account. Apogonia cribricollis Burmeister, 1855 (widely distributed species, SE China, Laos, Thailand, eastern part of Myanmar, Cambodia) and Apogonia ventralis Moser, 1913 (similarly large distribution). Both species are identifiable by the structure of matt area of apex of elytra: this area is formed by small granules in A. cribricollis but with short wrinkles in A. ventralis. The matt area in both these species is rarely reduced to only narrow strip just along apical part of elytra, nevertheless it is always presented.
Or, try to dissect your specimen and post here figure of its male genitalia ...

Many thanks to you!
Here there are pictures of the tip of the elytra.
Following your descriptions I think this two specimens belonging to Apogonia ventralis, aren't it?
