Menecleonus. It should be M. virgatus (Schoenherr 1832), but from a photograph it is impossible to differentiate this species from M. signaticollis (Gyllenhal 1834) - provided that the two name refer to different species, which is really unsure... It may simply be variation or old vs fresh specimens. The former has setae of the same length on upper and lower side of hind femur, whereas M. signaticollis has setae shorter on upper part of femur.
