Liophloeus sp. In Bulgaria ci dovrebbe essere: Liophloeus (Liophloeus) tessulatus O. F. Müller, 1776. Ciao Giuseppe |

I think, that L. tessulatus have got another anterior margin of elytra (c.f. e.g. https://www.biolib.cz/cz/taxonimage/id2 ... onid=12786 ). This one probably belong to subgenus Lioploeodes. In CCPCC is for Bulgaria known only L. lentus, but in Romania are other sp. ... In Angelov (1978): Fauna Bulgarica 7 is L. lentus in Stara Planina, Rhodopy, Rila and Vitosha. |

You can have got true, but definitely determination is possible after penis (key is e.g in Smreczynski - Katalog do oznaczania owadow Polski) |

Thanks to all of you! I think this is a female specimen. I should look for a male, because L.lentus is a mountinous species(from the localities you provided) and L. liptoviensis is known from countries to the North of Bulgaria.
