Hi all, can I gen an ID for this Larinus, please? Lenght ~ 9 mm (rostrum included) :birra: :hi:

Larinus (Larinomesius)... I would guess canescens... What is the host plant? Centaurea like orientalis?

I have some updates, it seems that the specimens was almost surely collected from Centaurea orientalis :hi:

That's one more argument in favour of L. canescens... This is what I identified as L. canescens (comes from the Black Sea coast, collected on Centaurea salonitana): https://www.zin.ru/animalia/coleoptera/rus/larcanza.htm
