A new genus for our Forum.
Unique specimen, it was collected by sifting (leaf litter of deciduous Quercus ), at an altitude of about 750 m.
Length 1.75 mm.

Probably Arrhenopeplus thracicus (Coiffait, 1958), but I am not absolutely sure.
The original locality of A. thracicus is at a distance of 350 Km from here.

Arrhenopeplus thracicus (Coiffait, 1958)

Dark brown-black, the sides of the pronotum lighter red-brown, antennae and legs red-yellow. Strongly arched and stocky and with a shiny top. Elytres and abdomen without a distinct microsculpture, only with a few very fine, barely visible dots. The sides of the pronotum are straight towards the front, narrowed slightly rounded towards the rear; the front corners protruding; the back corners rounded. The furrow between the frontal cusps with a widened and thickened keel at the rear, which becomes thinner towards the front and is bordered by 2 very fine keels. 1.8 mm. Greece: Thrace, surroundings of Kavala.

Arrhenopeplus thracicus (Coiffait, 1958)

Marrone scuro-nero, i lati del pronoto rosso-marrone più chiaro, antenne e zampe rosso-gialle. Fortemente arcuato e tozzo e con un apice lucido. Elitre e addome senza una microscultura distinta, solo con pochi puntini molto fini, appena visibili. I lati del pronoto sono diritti in avanti, ristretti leggermente arrotondati all'indietro; gli angoli anteriori sporgenti; gli angoli posteriori arrotondati. Il solco tra le cuspidi frontali con una chiglia allargata e ispessita nella parte posteriore, che si assottiglia verso la parte anteriore ed è delimitata da 2 chiglie molto fini. 1,8 millimetri. Grecia: Tracia, dintorni di Kavala.

I think that this description of the pronotum, fits with the specimen here.
The color of the specimen it's also OK.
I am not absolutely sure, about the frontal furrow and keels.
All the other known species of the genus, do not fit.
Tomorrow will search at the books of Coiffait, probably some small details in the literature be helpful.
Unfortunately, there is nothing for a direct comparison here...

Thanks to the immediate help from the friend A.K., was received the work of Coiffait, 1957-1958, with the original descriptions of 3 Arrhenopeplus species of the eastern Mediterranean.
3 different species that were described by 3 in total specimens !!!
The species A. thracicus, seems that fits perfectly.

So, Arrhenopeplus thracicus (Coiffait, 1958).
