it is difficult to say. In Pachymerini sexual dimorphism is manifested mainly by structure of abdomen, Males has more convex pygidium and emarginate apex of last sternite. In Bruchidae (or Bruchinae) diagnostic characters in male genitalia are inside penis, especially in Caryedon internal sac is armed with spectacular thorns, spines, needles etc. thus preparation of genitalia need special techniques (lightening of preparation in xylene).
