Dear Alexandru, I need to see well striae of pronotum, especially the anterior margin.
And then need a photo showing well the striae of the elytra.

Dear, Giovanni,

My specimen seems to have the anterior margin of pronotum with 2 striae (like in the picture )....Here are 2 more pics, a little better I hope :oops:

Until the last, I hoped... :oooner:

But from these last photos it seems that the marginal stria is interrupted behind the head.
If it was entire, (so two entire striae on the anterior margin) it would have been be a nice fluke!
In this case it is

Margarinotus (Ptomister) brunneus (Fabricius, 1775)
Histeridae, Histerinae, Histerini
