This is Conops, see viewtopic.php?f=11&t=32645
- Body black with yellow markings.
- Frons mainly black.
- Cheeks without black triangular spot.
- Scutellum partially or entirely black.
- Femora uniformly redish.

Then Conops (C.) quadrifasciatus ♂ (Also known for Italy)
