Found in south Poland, last summer. I think it is a very common species but I know almost nothing about Hymenoptera (now :) cause I am still learning):

I can't go further than Bombus sp.. The back is balding and this increases the difficulty.
I Italy there is Bombus campestris that is a little similar.

Me too were going on Bombus (Psithyrus) campestris, as B.(P.) maxillosus (with dark wings too) is absent in Poland. In my exx some males have yellowish pubescence, like this one, at the end of gastrum instead of whitish ones.
So I agree with Luigi, without certitude of course.
