Hello Lucio, Staphylinidae, Scydmaeninae, Eutheiini. With 2 possible genera: Eutheia and Protoeutheia (this is endemic of Italy, absolutely unknown to me). A key of the world genera of Eutheiini is here: https://www.kahaku.go.jp/research/publi ... 290405.pdf  George |

Hello George thank you for your answer, I do not know the genus Protoeuthia but in any case I understand that they are only found in southern Italy. E. schaumi has a brown color and I would exclude it. I do not know Eutheia carreti or even E. minutissima (maybe it has this name precisely because of its small size ...).  Ciao Lucio |
