Small cicadellidae from Slovakia

I found this little bug on mountain path, High Tatra Mountains.

What species is it ?

:? Most likely it is of Jassargus sp. ?
but i have many doubts.
Usually difficult to determine from photography.

In my view it's Errastunus ocellaris, surely not Jassargus.
