 Potrebbe essere benissimo il genere: Magicicada sp. ma non conosco però la fauna Neartica.resta comunque da confermare.

It is called periodical cicada. The development lasts many years and all adults emerge in the same year when they make an invasion. At least this is the story I heard about Magicicada. |

This is at least true for the species Magicicada septemdecim, but I don't know if the other species of the genus are also periodical. Anyway I only want to know the name of the species. By the species name of the other (less famous) species, looks like that all are periodical in developments of 13 years in sone species and 17 years in others.
