2nd Version : The color of Tibiae does not allow to differentiate aenea and lonicerae, contrary to the hypothesis which I made in the 1st version of this description. =================================== Here photos made by Nick Upton, that he sent on the forum Hymis.de on 10.12.2010 . Photographed on 14.04.2011, on coastal footpath of North Cornwall (Great-Britain). I identified this Symphyta, the author of the photos gave me the authorization to show them on our forum. The Abdomen does not has a dorsal depression, it is a ♀. This lonicerae is very close to A. aenea (See download/file.php?id=71661 )
- aenea has :The 3 & 4th antennal segments not thickened. The presence of lonicerae would be doubtful in Italy
