Biblio : - Blank & Ritzau 1998 : Die Tenthredopsini Deutschlands p.232-233 (in Pflanzenwespen Deutschland ... Edit. Goecke & Evers) - Enslin 1912/1918 : Die Tenthredinoidea Mitteleuropas p.96-97 - Heibo, Lonnve & Skartveit 2008 : "Aglaostigma alpinum ..." p.229/232 (in Norwegian Journal of Entomology - Vol. 55) - Scopoli 1763 : ... Entomologia Carniolica ... p.278 - (See below, the scan of the original description of fulvipes) - Zhelokhovtsev 1988 : in Medvedev (Ed.). Keys to the insects of the European part of the USSR. III. Hymenoptera. Part 6 Symphyta , Translation in English : Edit. E.J. Brill 1994 --- # 2736 ♀ captured at an altitude of 1310/1320 m. in Cne : Pontarlier (Dépt. Doubs - France) - 23.06.1993 I observed on the capture:
- Hind tarsus 3 is obviously shorter than Tibia 3 (see photo) - Legs 3 with inner spur not reaching middle of 1st tarsal segment (see photo) But I could not calculate the respective lengths of antennae and head + thorax. Moreover : - The forewings are clear [forewings hyaline with brown transverse band under Stigma, for discolor (Klug 1817)] According to Enslin, it is the sp. fulvipes. Attention if we uses without precaution the key (too much brief) of Blank, one arrives almost immediately, to alpinum (which is not a Astochus), because our capture has a one single enclosed cell on the hindwings (all others Aglaostigma have normally two cells enclosed). I consider that this characteristic, presents on our capture, must be interpreted like an aberration and does not call into question its belonging to the sp. fulvipes. Heibo shows the photo of alpinum, but one sees nothing ventrally & laterally. Being given the aberration on the hind wings and the divergences existing between our capture and the fulvipes typus, I wonder whether it is not a news sp. (of the sub-genus Astochus) !, however I make of it a fulvipes. Finally : Aglaostigma (Astochus) fulvipes (Scopli 1763) ♀ [with aberration] La specie tipo vive anche in Italia ---------------------- See www.insecte.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1876166#p1876166 Aberration : 1 (not 2) enclosed cell on the hindwings
