Nuevo Curculionidae para la fauna de Cádiz. Se trata de una especie norteafricana, que por el momento se ha encontrado en Andalucía, en las provincias de Cádiz, Málaga y Granada. Sobre diversas especies de Quercus (suber, pyrenaica y faginea).,

Segnalato in: Alonso-Zarazaga M.A., 2002 - Lista preliminar de los Coleoptera Curculionoidea del Area ibero-balear, con descripcion de Melicius gen. nov. y nuevas citas, Bol. S.E.A, 31: 9-33. Devo dire che ritengo più corretto il nome usato dall'amico Miguel Angel: Lasiorhynchites (Lasiorhynchites) vaucheri (Desbrochers, 1896). Specie interessante, non mi dispiacerebbe averne in collezione degli esemplari

Congratulation, very nice Rhynchitid  - one of few Rhynchitidae of Europe, which is missing in my collection. For me is it Genus Lasiorhynchites (I don´t agree with Dr. Legalov´s opinion) |

Unfortunatelly I haven´t such work, but I think, in systematic of Attelabidae and Rhynchitidae are much gen., they will cancelled in future (my opinion only ).When you see at accepted name in Fauna Europaea, is there accepted name Lasiorhynchites (Lasiorhynchites) vaucheri. Yet I haven´t Catalogue Palearctic Coleoptera nr. 7, but I think, is there the same name ...

Primo, Fauna Europaea al ser una web, una publicación on-line no puede hacer cambios nomenclaturales. El Codice Int. de Nomenclatura no permite los cambios nomenclaturales en publicaciones on-line. Lo que refleja Fauna Europaea, es tan sólo la opinión del experto encargado de ese grupo. Secondo. El Catalogus of Palaearctic Coleoptera no incluye cambios nomenclaturales, tan sólo se hace eco, es el reflejo, de las nomenclatura propuesta en los trabajos científicos publicados previamente. Por tanto, tambien es solo la opinión personal del autor de ese grupo. Está claro que los expertos que se encargan de esas publicaciones no están de acuerdo con el trabajo de Legalov, un trabajo grandísimo. Cordiali saluti Antonio |
