Hello Georgi, It looks like a Clanoptilus, but I need more photos of head, palpi, antennae an apex of elytra.  G.

OK, so I guess it is a male of Clanoptilus (Hypoptilus) assimilis (Erichson, 1840), with yellow spots at front angles of pronotum almost absent. Normally they are much more evident, but if you check, at least a thin yellow margin should be there. G.
