A species not presented on the forum.I think it have not been found in Bulgaria,too.
Length of the specimen is 6mm.

I am not sure but I think so, and De Cock (2000) and Catalogue Palaearctic (2007) not cited this species for Bulgary and also Phosphaenopterus montandoni probably (Jeng 2008, etc. etc.) macropterus form of Phosphaenus hemipterus is endemic to Romania.
