It is a Ichneumonidae, subfamily Rhyssinae. Possibly Megarhyssa praecellens (Tosquinet, 1889).  Best wishes, Davide |

I don't know much about Japanese fauna, but it seems it is the only Megarhyssa with dark spot on wings: https://sites.google.com/site/ichneumon ... a-gigantea Filippo  PS: the picture in my link refers to M.gigantea syn. M.praecellens |
