Impossible to determine from this picture! It needs to examine the claws to establish if it is a Cardiophorus (claws simple) or a Dicronychus (claws dilated in the first half) and at least to examine the genitalia! aedeagus or sclerites of copulatrix bursa.

It is possible. The picture is dark, generally C. kindermanni has a part of sides of pronotum red-orange as the spots on elytra and more rarely the spots on pronotum are reduced to the apices of posterior angles. I cannot see but if the apices of posterior angles are red-orange then is kindermanni.

Yes.Apices of posterior angles are red-orange.
It is Cardiophorus kindermanni.
