Hi,

I was in the field last two days and photographed/collected some interesting.
for now Lethrus (Lethrus) apterus (Laxmann, 1770), there were plenty of them, running, carrying, fighting...

19.april.2010, near Iasi (Romania)

Yes, here near Iasi (NE of Romania) in some places they are relatively common.
