Here I will present a selection of problem stacks that have come to my attention and hopefully some solutions, some more elegant than others. If you send me your stacks to play with you may see parts of them appear hear, please let me know if you object and I'll try to find an alternative to use.

The thick dark bristles here are in focus on different Frames and
pose a problem, the best solution I have found is to use Average and Filter.
These two problems show up as abrupt changes in colour where the
should be at most only smooth ones.
Getting even lighting between frames can be a problem, here's a
posible solution.
