One more Boreaphilus...
Was captured just yesterday, only 1 specimen.
Sifting of evergreen Quercus leaf-litter.
Altitude about 550 m.
length 2.5 mm.
From mainland Greece is refered only 1 species (B. velox).

acarnania is not a precise locality  it is just the northern part of aetoloacarnania nomos (= prefecture)it would be the same if i would indicate as locality, say, "pavia province"

It is much better than F. Europaea, which says Boreaphilus velox: mainland Greece. Acarnania accounts for only 1% of Greece. The full collection data is not a secret. If someone is interested in making a detailed work (eg on Greek Coryphiini), the full data are accessible. |
