I think this is something another: this beetle is distinctly paler (in particular, its antennae and legs) and more "shaggy-looking" with long erect hairs along pronotal margins, the legs are more robust... Alas, that's all I can say, as this beast is unknown to me. Perhaps this is some North African species. I think it's better to ask Andreas Herrmann.

I was in doubt too for your same reasons; bands and maculae are not defined and as you say it has very long hairs on all the body. I show the ventral side. |

Tornatomi in mano, potrebbe essere Attagenus (Telopes) heydeni (Reitter, 1881) ?
