Very interesting genus. I found only one specimen (partially eaten by a Trichodes leucopsideus) in 42 years of collecting!

Dear Cosmin,
actually your record is very nice and intersting for two reasons: (a) I never examined completely black specimens of Stenoria analis; (b) I am collecting, with some W European entomologists all records of this species, I cited the first time for Italy, 1991 (Fauna d'Italia), with few additional records (2005).
Of course, I am interested to both specimens and loocalities for this review.
This message is also for Maurizio: could I have the locality of your record?
Best wishes, Marco

Possiamo aggiungere Ancona (centro città) tra i record: mio zio me le ha mostrate in foto lo scorso anno, e quest'anno me ne ha preso uno.
