Stanislav Krejčík told me on facebook that this specimen is probably Meloe glazunovi :hi:. It was not recorded from Romania so far, right? :roll:

Hi Alexandru,
I think it is Meloe (Eurymeloe glazunovi, but this species forms a complex with baudii and other central asiatic taxa, and possibly are all synonyms.
Did you have more tha on e specimen? In case, could I ask you one male for a detailed identification?

Dear Marco, unfortunatelly is the only specimen I have, but I can send to you if you want to study it, just let me know :lov2: ;). Also I hope I will be able to collect more of them this year, I will be in the field soon, in the same area. :hi: :birra:
