Raccolto assieme ad altri coleotteri all'interno di un abbeveratoio esterno ad una stalla di pecore.
Giornata calda e soleggiata, assenza di vento. Campagna maremmana.

Lunghezza dell'esemplare: quasi 6 mm.

Si tratta di un Cardiophorus sp.
Probabilmente è il C. goezei.
