Hi, Yes, this is cerambycidae larva. About the species .... i think it could be Arophalus sp. (rusticus ?). Wait for more other opinions. Has this larva legs? Gianfranco what do you think about it? Sure it isn't Rhagium sp.
(Gianfranco cosa ne pensi? Sicuramente non è Rhagium. )
bye

According to the larval feeding I think it is Tetropium rather than Arhopalus. Alexandru, could you post a crop of the last tergite, showing urogomphi ?

According to Svacha & Danilevsky (1987) - Host plants : Picea, Abies, Pinus, according to CHEREPANOV (1979) also Larlx, Larvae make flat irregular galleries filled with moderately coarse granular frass under bark of dead often relatively fresh trees, standing or fallen, occasionally in roots, mostly in stem. Pupation usually in the wood, in eliptical flat pupal cell at the end of a longer or shorter curved gallery filled with wood particles, but without a distinct »stopper« in the elliptical entrance hole. More rarelv pupation occurs under bark. Usually two-year life-cycle, but the development pattern rathe variable, like in apparently all Tetropium-specics. Larvae overwinter. Adults abundant in May to June.
I think it is Tetropium castaneum. You will have adults (maybe ) next spring (May-June)

No Alexander, this is Lamiinae; if you found it in the same trunk, then, very likely Monochamus

If possible, better to leave the larvae in the forest and go there next year.
