Maurizio, it will be simple user guide wrote in simple english. I think you can use google translator to translate this user guide to your language. I am sure that this is simplier than translating from polish to english. Italian and english are very similar.

And, what is important, user guide will contains a lot picture showing how use this program

Anche io l'ho scaricato. Ho Win 10 e ho dovuto installare .NET 3.5. Nessun problema.
Il programma legge i file .csv nei quali devono essere inseriti i dati che poi compariranno nell'etichetta.
Bisogna prima caricare uno dei file di esempio contenuti nella cartella del programma insieme all'eseguibile e poi scegliere il formato di etichetta corrispondete al nome del file di esempio.
Nel box sotto vengono mostrati i dati del file .csv e scorrendo i record viene mostrata l'etochetta di esempio.
Si possono poi modificare o inserire nuovi modelli di etichetta. Bisognerà poi creare il file .csv corripondente.
Prima della stampa viene mostrata un'anteprima.
Gli ho dato solo una breve occhiata, non ho ancora studiato tutte le funzioni. Aspetto la guida di Gregorz

Aggiungo che per caricare i dati dei file di esempio occorre utilizzare l'icona con la cartella e la scritta csv nel box Label Set

We added tooltips which make interface easier to undestand
