Hello, i'm new!
Reading this forum since a few weeks and i think it's great!

Can anybody help me to identify this species of Dorcadionini? I took these photos during an excursion to Bosnia and Herzegowina in the mountains of Jahorina (at 1800m altitude).
Length is 13 mm.

It is a wonderful male of Dorcadion (Pedestredorcadion) arenarium abruptum Germar, 1839

First of all welcome to this Forum.
I confirm the identification of Isotomus (Gianfranco): arenarium ssp. abruptum.
We (Gianfranco and me) are working on a revision of whole arenarium group. Now I'm asking you to have the opportunity to study your specimens from Pale or other places from BiH.

i appreciate your work and i will try to give you every information you need. Unfortunately this is the only specimen of Dorcadionini i found during my short activity in collecting beetles. So i fear the information will be less significant.
