I have just this photo.

I can say only that it is a Miridae belonging to the subfamily Dicyphinae. Probably we should avoid posting photos like this in which the specimen is hardly visible.

While I was surfing in the internet,I found a really useful PDF http://www.zsm.mwn.de/rhy/pdf/Kothe_Blazi_Schoenitzer_2004.pdf .I likened this to Singhalesia(Cyrtopeltis) turcica.The most distinctive feature is the thick white band behind its head.
I could take two photos of it but before I had said I could take one photo because the other one has no clearness.But I share it now to help you to figure out its shape.

Now that I can see the specimen dorsally I can confirm that it is Singhalesia turcica (Seidenstücker, 1959).
I think that the pdf can be very useful for you because Gustav Seidenstücker is the entomologist who gave the most important contribution to the knowledge of Turkish Heteroptera; he described the vast majority of Turkish endemic species and it is rather nice having the possibility of seeing what they look like. When it was published, ten years ago, the richness of the colour illustrations was much admired, though it is a pity that several specimens appear rather distorted, either flattened or lengthened.
