Size:8 mm (I have two more specimens both with size 9 mm)
This one(with the identical other two bigger specimens) is very dark coloured.Its labrum is very excavated at the middle.When I follow the identification key, I reach to O.obscurior.But O.obscurior has a very short pubescence.But these three specimens have a distinctly long pubescence.So I am stucked again

This is not Oedesis, it is Carterus s.l.

Maybe Carterus (Pristocarterus) angustipennis lutshniki (Zamotajlov,1988)

It's possible, but I don't know any species of Pristocarterus.
In any case for Anatolia are quoted angustipennis angustipennis, angustipennis lutshniki, angustus and neglectus.
