Hello,

This time I think it is Phylini tribe. And maybe black spots (visible on ventral side) on the first antennal segment are characteristic feature ? Or maybe three rows of little dots on hind tibiae ?




And sorry for a little destroy specimen

The shape of the head,coloration and the absence of patterns made me think of Orthotylus.But the specimen is damaged and I can't be sure %100.
