I think this is S. sengleti: interspaces between punctures on elytra without microsculpture + punctures large and sparsely arranged. This species was described from Andalucia (Huelva): http://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item ... 5/mode/1up
Your specimen is a male, so it is possible to compare its aedeagus with pictures in this paper.

Excuse me please but I have try to prepare the edeagus, but a bad manipulation has caused the missing !
The Locus typicus of S. sengleti (Huelva) is very closest to the locality of capture of my specimen (Cádiz), so is possible it is this species!
