Dear colleagues,
It is really easy - a scutellum of C. orientalis is invisible. Elytral reliefs are very variable but neither C. quadrioculata nor C. orientalis don't occurrence in Iran (but C. quadrioculata lives very near to west Iranian border a maybe also in west Iran). All distribution of C. orientalis (which are mentioned for "Iran") are according the type locality "Sarawan, Belujistan". But it is Sarawan (area) in Pakistan and not Sarawan (city) in Iran.

I think that only deciduous are host plants for C. orientalis (and the others species of this genus) Pistacia, Ficus, Pyrus, Prunus... and not conifers.
