Da quello che ho tirato fuori presumo sia una femmina.

It belongs to the group of species with straight hind tibiae. The group is speciose and difficult to identify. If anterior part of head is reddish it could be Psylliodes chrysocephala, if whole head is dark colored then correct identification from this photo is impossible.

Psylliodes chrysocephala I have compared it and I would feel I can exclude it. The elytra are a beautiful deep blue and the chest is green. I'll check the head on Monday as soon as I'm in the office. what details would eventually be needed?

In Italy occur at least 8 species with blue dorsum and length 3.2 mm. In Warchalowski's key (2003) they are divided into two groups:

1. Fore and mid femora entirely pale (napi, laticollis, isatidis)
2. Fore and mid femora more or less darkened at base (cupreus, toelgi, milleri, thlaspis, brisouti)

Inside the groups they are distinguishable only by structure of aedeagus.
