Family Apionidae, genus Apion. Apion frumentarium is the only species of the Centraleuropean Fauna I know with such a bright reddish colour. But I don't know anything about the turkish Fauna, so Apion spec.
Ciao Klaas

Non si tratta di Oryxolaemus flavifemoratum. Non conosco la fauna Turca e la checklist che hai visto. E' un Apion sp. come correttamente indicato da Klaas. Ciao Giuseppe

I don't get everything, but maybe you're sticking in an absolutely different Problem. The genus Apion was drawn outline of the Family Curculionidae. All the members of genus Apion were put into Family Apionidae almost 20 years ago. All the subgenuses were rised into genus, so many Apion are not called Apion any more.
The genus Apion today is a small genus of five species in Centraleurope (I don't know how many in southern Europe or even Turkey), all coloured more or less intens reddish like yours. So you have to look for the Turkey Fauna for the red species' of genus Apion (no Oxylaemus, Protapion or what ever) and match them with yours.
Best regards Klaas

Tra le due specie, l'esemplare è confrontabile con Apion frumentarium. Ciao Giuseppe

Reddish colour by far to intense. If the choice really is between Apion frumentarium and A. cruentatum it surely can only be Apion frumentarium.
