Someone that can help with determine these two Zonistoschema? Both from Ghana.

One of the most beautiful and unusual color I have seen in an insect!

Indeed it does, however, the color of the legs and antennae (first antenna segment) are different.

In my collection I have thirteen specimens of this genus from Gabon: every one different from the other in length, color of legs, antennae, etc.

Sto completando una complessa revisione del genere Zonitoschema, da cui si deve enucleare un nuovo genere che sto descrivendo con John Pinto. Di Zonitoschema sto prerparando due chiavi di identificazione per le specie Afrotropicali e per quelle Orientali ed Australiane.
Se mi volete mandare i campioni ad identificare potrò dirvi di che specie siano. Martedì al lavoro proverò a vedere se dalle foto riesco a identificarli comunque.

Marco are ypu done working with the review of the genus? Was it possible to determine the species from the photos?

still I am working intensely to the revision of the genus Zonitoschema. This work will include two distinct contributions. the first, with Mickael François, concerns the afrotropical species; the second with Zhao Pan, the oriental aand Australian species
Unfortunately, without preserved material (both dry or in alcohol) is very difficult to identify your two species. The first one could be Z. atrimembris; the second could be Z. coccinea. But thes e are NOT sure identifications!

Hi Jona,
thge first species with both antennae and legs totally black could be Zonitoschema atrimembris. That with first antennomere orange and remainings black and legs partially red, seems to be a species until now named coccinea, which needs a new name.
As I wrote, the revision of this genus in in preparation in two distinct papers (Afrotropical an Palaerctic species; Orientala nd Australasian species).
Yor specimens from Gabon have been collected with M. Biondi?
